| I would imagine there is gonna be some Phantom 1 content on the new Rhydian Roberts album. If/when Jim signs up, would love to see him produce ‘Music of the Night’ and/or ‘Phantom of the Opera’, and maybe even ‘All I Ask of You’ (duet with Charlotte Church for the Welsh vote?). Of the possible Steinman songs on the album, would primarily love to see something/anything new. This could be the outlet for ‘What Part of My Body Hurts The Most?’, as well as promo for the Bat musical. They also have the TDE backing tracks, so adding Rhydian’s vocals would not be a major undertaking? However, if he does resort to covers ‘Is Nothing Sacred’ would work well (again they have the TDE tracks and/or the rumoured ‘big choir’ backing track with Russell Watson). How about ‘Loving You’s A Dirty Job’ duet with Bonnie Tyler (again for the Welsh vote?), or ‘Left In The Dark’ (keeping Jim on spoken word intro). | |
