Yeah, Lloyd Webber wrote the tune. But the song has a similar sort of message, about someone being persecuted (that was my interpretation at least) and sticking by their beliefs. But it doesn't have an epic tune, does it? Like "Not Allowed To Love", it's not trying to be "It's All Coming Back To Me Now" and "I'd Do Anything For Love" or even some of Webber's stuff. I think if Jim gave "Not Allowed To Love" to a girl group, or a famous act, it would do the same as "No Matter What". But only the pop/dance version. The original is way too theatrical, too "Rodgers and Hart".
