Why did Ray have more of an issue with Milady, than Future...?

If Ray does hold the music rights, and Jim wants to re-use stuff, surely they could come to a financial agreement?

I think Ray may be a little too 'precious' over this show, which has never really taken off.

It's highly unlikely that TCM will ever see the light of day again, and Jim is likely to create something more financially rewarding with the music? A win/win for both of them?

BTW #1 - I heard someone else took a liberty and re-wrote Milady (cough cough) LOL!

BTW #2 - I can see 'Edging Into Darkness' and 'Nocturnally Yours' being hits, or at least good album tracks for someone.
