Well that will be the beauty of the show, if it is written right. The songs will hopefully fit perfectly and people will 'get it' after seeing the show.
I also think Jim is bound to make some (minor) lyrical changes to some of the Bat songs, to emphasise the Pan story?

Well every musical promotes itself, and the synopsis will no doubt be on the website, and in the programmes.
I don't see any harm in giving people 'clues'.
