I actually like Neighbourhood most among the non-bat-albums.
Thats something I want that china shop thing to be: He just chose some kickass songs and thought of a smart concept for the album and recorded the damn thing. He wasnt trying to copy steinman or anyone else or was worring about any important promo/title crap.
