Foreign aid for countries like Isreal cut definitely, especially when all they're doing is buying weapons, it's ridiculous. Humanitarian aid is a different matter. Saying that America couldn't sort out their own aid for Katrina and your bridges are falling to bits. I think it's better to sort out your problems at home first before moving abroad to sort somebody else's out.
