Plus since private donations by Americans for international causes amount to more than three times government aid it would be much better if the American government stop spending money it doesn't have and left it in the private sector. that way the private sector would have more money to donate and that money would be worth more minus the monetization and acquiring of debt by the government > > Yes i do count that described aid.
