I'm just worried that the show will be a franken mess. I don't need BMX bikers and russian acrobats.

I don't think Jim can or maybe will write any new songs but he feels the need to put in songs that are "new" to the public so he is shoehorning in anything. Of course I could be way off base and will have to wait to finally see what happens. It is tough for me because Neverland is so special to my heart, but I don't feel like this is going to be Neverland as it should be. I think the writer (whoever he ends up being) will tear the heart out of Jim's story in an effort to make itbland and mass appealing and all Jim will add will be his love of dramatic weirdness like BMX bikers and russian acrobats and the songs which may or may not fit the story.

Some of the things Jim added to DOTV like Mikey Boy's coffin of chrstmas tree lights shooting out of the ground and floating above the stage was not necessary and detracted. Some of the other things he had written that never made it to the stage were more of the same.

Hope I'm wrong.
