The Graduate Musical?

Just read (see link) that Jim worked on a musical version of 'The Graduate' back around 1988, with the director/lyricist Martin Charnin. I find it amazing that no matter how well documented (or not) Jim's career is, things keep cropping up that I'd never heard of. I presume the show never got produced and/or finished? Any comments Jim?
