There is the August 2001 draft I'm endlessly praising. See the link. You probably already know about this and you probably have already read it. Nevertheless, just in case.
There is a "transcript" on, at least, 2 sites but that doesn't count. That was actually a script made by a fan on one of the forums, many years ago, combining the published lyrics from the DOTV fan site with the August 2001 draft and some transcription. What's represented in this version was never precisely what was actually seen in the show's run.
I think it's better if you don't have a transcript anyway, IMO, because it's too depressing.
