If Steve Steinman doesn't have the proper licensing there would be a lawsuit. Unless Jim is a complete idiot, which I don't think he is, he still retains the songwriter's share of the copyrights, so he makes money no matter what, although he might not have any say over who is allowed to perform his material. > > > I think Jim should be worried too.
