Just to add my comment...

Watching the first trial the following was revealed....
that Spector was about 5'4 and Clarkson was about 6'00 tall
also noting that she outweighed him by about 40-50 pounds and was notibly younger that Spector and in better shape. Additionally, Spector was shown to have both hands shaking (possible Parkinson's Disease) and would have minimal strength to pull the trigger of a revolver (UNLESS THE FIRE MECHANISM WAS WORKED ON)...Clarkson's friends testified that she was depressed and suicidal and was taking prescibed medications.

What I think happened was that excessive drinking led to an unfortunate accident; not premeditated, and at the worst involuntary manslaughter....

It's a sad outcome on both sides; a lost of talent (both Spector and Clarkson) over a bottle and ego.....
