All I've seen of the trial is what was shown in a (very interesting) TV documentary a little while ago. The interviewer was obviously pro-Spector, but with that in mind I have to say I didn't see much in the way of evidence that Spector had his hand on the gun or was even near it at the time. So yes, I agree with you.
