According to this list, BOOH is #9. However, many of the cited numbers are outdated, though it is difficult to know the real numbers when they're so high. A couple years ago, Steve Popovich estimated BOOH's sales at 43 million. That would bump it up to #3, but I'm sure the other albums on the list have sold a few more by now as well.
