| Are Jim fans more likely to forgive or support Polanski because he directed Tanz? I am not sure. I don't know what my opinion is. I hear powerful arguements from both sides. Perhaps both Polanski and the mother of the girl deserve to be punished. I wouldn't be very happy if he had sex with my fourteen year old daughter. I would hope that other posters with young daughters would agree. What would Mr. Smeg do if his newly born daughter had a sexual encounter with a middle aged man in only thirteen years time? After he had got her drunk? I read a very interesting autobiography called "Roman by Polanski" in the early eighties. I highly recommend it. He is actually very honest about what happened. I still don't understand why Michael Jackson is condemed on this board when he was found not guilty and Roman is supported when he admits everything. Is it a homophobic thing? Or is it because Michael didn't work with Jim? Even though they are both Peter Pans, people said the most horrible things when Michael died. | |
