Anything already used in Tanz should not be in Bat. It'd be disrespectful to Tanz if any of the songs turn up as major numbers in another show.
OTOH it wouldn't really matter as Steinman & team showed their disrespect with the massive rewrites that were in the first leaked scripts (+ also on the Vienna Tanz page on this site for some reason, guess the translator either didn't see the original show or there were other plans from Steinmans side for various scenes) and the final product.
