| The RUG production ran at the Aldwych from 1998 - 2001. The Bill Kenwright production (with the Don Black song) is the only version to tour, although it did take up 'West End' residence at The Palace Theatre, for a couple of months in 2006. I think it is the Kenwright production that will tour USA, as this is probably the most financially viable. I think Jim should get involved and Annie Christmas reinstated, only if they start to think about a Broadway production; if the tour goes well, who knows?
