Then is one hell of an awesome story! Ill never forget meeting Mick Foley (one of my idols) and talking Meat Loaf and Jim Steinman to him (and Jim Cornette jumped in too actually).
It's was arguably the weirdest and most special encounter of my life (involving a celebrity). And much better than the time I pissed off Joe Frazier inadvertently.
I doubt Ill ever meet Jim in real life, but I like to think that if I ever did the sky would suddenly erupt and all around would look like the covers to Bat 1 and 2. Then he says something so profound I fall to my knees... then everything goes back to normal and we have a "wink wink, nudge nudge" chat about life.
