Musically, not lyrically, AFL reminds alot of Bat out of hell, and the lyrics just sound like the story of Paradise retold without the unhappy ending "Love you forever, never cheat on you ect". I just feel its a concept he had already used and had much better results with. Something like Rory's version of "Kiss" is far superior song and would have worked great as the lead single. Disagree all you want, but dismissing my opinion and not citing your reasons for it and just getting personal (Which you were) defeats the purpose of this board which is to debate things


As for the topic, I'll add Rock and Roll dreams to that list also, the lyrics are excellent but the execution of both versions just stop me enjoying it, especially the Bat 2 version.
