I think HiaH is decent. For me, the problem is that Meat isn't Jim. Meaning, without Jim, Meat makes the music that is really reflective of his personality, which ends up being some sort of countrified epic pop-rock fusion, with hints of theatrical bombast tossed in as an aside, almost as if to appease the Steinman diehards. What the Steinman crowd really wants is Meat singing Jim's personality. Hopefully we'll get a healthy dose of that on BTWA.
