Jim has said on FB that Manchester and London are 'previews' and the show will then move to Toronto and eventually Broadway.
No timescale on Toronto/Broadway, but probably 2018.
In regards Coliseum, the BAT run is a limited summer season, and I think this is one of the few (larger) theatres that puts on limited runs. I also imagine the larger venue gives as many people as possible, a chance to see it.
Having said all that, the official website only mentions 'London'. A lot could change between now and then.
