Oh - I forgot to add a bit more about the North American tour version of Bat Out Of Hell the Musical.
The North American version of the show is different from UK and Germany - there's no "In The Land Of The Pig" (probably because the touring set doesn't allow for a cage) and there's no pool of water in the set either. It's also got a smaller cast (not quite as many ensemble characters).
