Well, those songs would be played in London, Paris and New York. When they come to edit the DVD they select the BAT1 set from London, BAT2 set from Paris and BAT3 set from New York. Plus the bootleggers would go crazy trying to find the uncut footage of the complete shows.
And if you go to the London show

I have no idea why he decided to film a DVD in Melbourne of all places. Is it because BOOH broke here first?

I really like those ideas actually and we DO need all of the videos on one DVD. I'd love to see all of them together, especially the BAT 2 / WTTN stuff which is fantastic. An acoustic with just Meat and Jim would be the best yet but that's like saying Elvis is still alive, IMO
