Over here we have the problem that all the stations become more and more similar.
They want to satisfy the "general publics" tast best, with the result that they're all playing the same songs and hire flat and boring djs, one sounding like the other.
And if theres a good dj, who's doing things different, fresh and new, they cut his show down and in the end fire him.
Luckily I'm working for a public station, where we're allowed to do pretty much our thing, what gives us many listeners who dont wanna listen to the boring mainstream programs anymore.
