Our cats like jumping for paper planes, > so I'm sure that "your" Jim would too. > > Dave Yeah, Dave, I keep telling myself that I can handle this. Jim told me of pitfalls and crap to watch out for and I am not the happiest person about the mischief and time consumptions that some people would go through to put those problems to me. My Jim, your Jim, everyone's Jim, let's face it, it is a big mess. But my view of this is that Jim has a problem, I have a problem, and whether this problem will be or can be solved, is something that I have not seen yet. People will be the way that people will be. This funny thing about a cat is probably the only levity I can enjoy, so however I made the error, it is a blessing in disguise. What Ryan is saying, things about slander, just does not apply. I would not say it to Ryan because he is busy wallpapering the board with a cat that Jaycee uploaded in fun. Or he is busy screaming things like his present favorite saying. He has a streak of the desperate to him, far much more than I. If I decide to take down my website, it would probably be for the lack of reason for it. If Jim Cypherd, my Jim, is your Jim, and he can't be seen, he'll stop trying. If I'm full of shit about it, you'll happily have the status quo repeated ad nausum for a very long time, because apparently your Jim isn't very much your Jim at all. I really don't want to piss you off....by saying a snide remark that could, but what I mean by this is that your Jim is not really answering the deep questions you pose to him, not making any explanations, not giving of himself to the board other than little appearances on his blog once in awhile. When they do come, they leave you wanting for more, because somewhere some really big questions get ignored. So, you wonder, what do you have to do to get Jim to answer the questions you have, what do you want to see that you can't see and have a sense that there is more to it? He is not giving those answers. If that is your Jim, and it is the only Jim you've got, and I'm full of shit, then that is that. But, if I'm not full of shit, there are two ways to go if I don't pull my site down. You could have a deep look and see things for yourself based on the substantiations I have offered, you could ask meaningful questions about what is not sufficient and give me the task of making it clearer, and find someway and at some time an understanding of things you wanted to know, or, you could leave the whole thing alone, enjoy what you have, and let Jim decide on his next course of action in his life. Either way, you have his music that he has already created. One of those ways, there won't be any more for you to hear; the other, may open an entirely new view of his expressions. If I'm full of shit about this it is something you could ignore. If I'm not it is something you may want to learn. Slander of Jim does not take place in any of it. If I'm wrong saying the things, I'm being mistaken but not tarnishing his character in any way. I say nothing bad about him. I feel nothing bad about him. I know nothing bad about him. And so I do not slander him. What Ryan says, that's slander, of me. And that's all. As Lily Tomlin's character used to say, "And that's the truth, blblbblhblbb" | |
