If you're a fan, then you're a fan, you don't have to be beholden to one particular artist, songwriter or group.
My taste in music ranges from punk to classical with everything and anything in between. It's not uncommon for me to listen to techno, then classical, then country straight after one another.
Although I'm a fan of Jim's music, I'm a fan of music in general.
