I would do anything for love, but I won't do that

OK,
as we all know that line appeared first in Bonnie's "getting so exciting", and whilst listening to that song, a few questions occured to me, hope anybody can answer them for me.

1) Jim didnt write that song, does that mean this famous line is written by someone else (too lazy to look it up in the booklet)

2) If not, that would mean Jim changed the lyrics of other writers songs for his production. Is that usual? and is it only THIS line, or did he write/change the lyrics of the whole album/of other albums he produced?

3) Do we know how this line made it's way to an own song/why and how Jim chose this line as Title of THE song.

4) IF(!!) somebody else wrote that line, and not Jim, wouldnt he have to credit that person in the Bat2 booklet?

5) Jim is known for recycling of old lyrics for new songs (---> the whole Whistle down the WInd show)
(thats not really a question, just wanted to keep it in mind)
