| Not that it really matters, but you should know that about 85% of the Bull Terrier Club of America wouldn't even deal with people like you describe--they'd be considered such trash that they wouldn't bother. I have argued for years that we HAVE to try to educate these people or they just fill the miller market more and more by our alienation. There are a plethora of cities in every state banning bull breeds because of ignorant people. Bullies have more genetic health problems than Carter's has pills, largely because we're a scarce-over 120 yr old breed. You cannot responsibly have a litter without knowing genetic issue. Who knows where these bozos got their dogs--Petland? No wait, they don't sell bull breeds...probably another backyard breeder who willy-nilly produces pups. Vets? Who needs 'em? Genetics? What's that? Registries? How 'bout the 'American Pet Registry'? Bloody hell. We LOST over 2 grand each litter. We also set the precedence in the BTCA for guarenteeing pups FOR LIFE. We ALL lose money--it's a hobby, a labour of love. A life's work. Which is why I had the photo of my Elvis in Jim's Yearbook--everybody has kids and is proud and loves them. But Elvis was another kind of commitment and achievement that you most likely can't understand. He was in the works for me since 1974. And you don't have a clue of the work, money and sacrifice that takes. My husband and I didn't have kids until after being married 7 years because bullies were our life. And that was just because we didn't have a bitch to campaign at the time! And the crowning glory for me is that I am respected amongst my mutally respected peers. This is what my life has served.
