The original 'Bat out of Hell' is the legacy... all other sequels are very interesting, and great albums... (yes, even the Monster...) and have moments that will be included in the hearts of Meat and Steinman fans all around (Anything for Love, Objects, Land of the Pig, Blind as a Bat etc.)

Both Steinman and Meat have conceded this, i think... and hence are still trying to make the most of their original Bat legacy, seperatly... Meat, doing his Meat thing, and Steinman doing the musical... and more power to them both... since they are too stubborn, childish, nervous, scared, un-patient, etc, to work with each other, at least they still make 'Bat out of Hell' out to be their lasting piece of EPICNESS....

it's like 2 parents who have long divorced, and yet are still so proud of their child and the adult the child has become....
