It's a bit of a conundrum for me

As a Lloyd Webber fan (and I'm a HUGE Lloyd Webber fan) I think it's one of his worst scores. As a Steinman fan, I think it has some of Steinman's best lyrics. Period. And there was not a sign, not a WHISPER of a false rhyme (which you get so much in Jim's non-musical work / and even parts of "Dance of the Vampires" and "Batman")

I have a problem with "Whistle" as well. I can sense that there's something inside that makes it really moving, that could make it a classic beyond all compare...but there's something missing. And I don't know what it is
