What I like about the WH version, is that it's just an unpretentious, loud, short, no nonsense ditty, that sticks the heavy in your face, and keeps it there for the two minutes that the song lasts. Or something along those lines.
In comparison, the Bat III version is an overlong, pretentious piece of ostrich-poo. It needs half a minute to get going, the arrangement is too full — brass just does not belong in something that tries to be heavy metal — the break down and the solo are nothing special... meh.
