| I reread the thread and it was Justin who remarked that it seemed that Jim 'pisses alot of people off in the studio'--I think they get frustrated with his somewhat unconventional style (Jim, not Justin--well, uh, yeah...)but I really haven't heard of people not wanting to work with Jim because of studio fighting. Billy was always very positive in praising his creativity and experience whilst he worked with him. Celine Dion's husband, Rene, wasn't real happy about the way Jim allegedly had her do parts of IACBTMN over and over until she was hoarse, but by the prima donna act Phil Spector threw in comparison on that lp, Jim must have seemed refreshing. Overall, Jim has struck me as demanding in the studio but not impossible and by comparison to many at least fun to work with.
