Forgot to say the closest Jim has come to a 'concept' collection of songs are all the Batman demos.
Forget the recycled music sections (that has never bothered me), but you can tell he has thought really hard about the lyrics, and making them work in a 'Batman world' (especially Graveyard & Wonderful Toys)
Also the four-handed 'Children' is a genius idea.
