That is exactly my point. Nobody knows.
Why then is everyone assuming that the settlement consists of that which they have heard, and nothing else!?
Are we really so naïve as to think that Jim's lawyers settled out of court for "We get to use your trademark and you're not allowed to comment on it publicly, then you get to go back to using it as normal" ?? All just to avoid another lawsuit? Methinks Meat had a poop-load more to lose than Jim.
