Pyrotechnics do not make it more than a concert. If there is a story and dialogue then it could qualify as theatrical production and require different licensing than a concert. In any case... if Steve has acquired the proper rights then there is nothing for Meat and Jim to complain about. If he has not then Jim should sue him and shut him down.
