Whoever the Bat producers are/were, that were thinking of building a new theatre in London (for Bat), they may want to look at buying the Apollo Victoria, which may be up for sale (as part of a package, or on it's own).
Apparently Stage Entertainment are interested (who hold the rights to Tanz?).
