We live in an era where people presume that the winner of the X Factor will have the UK Singles Chart Christmas number one. This has made a once interesting competition very dull. Fortunately this year was different and some bright haters of processed cheese organised an internet campaign through Facebook and Twitter to get people to download a sixteen year old song by Rage Against The Machine. The Christmas Chart has just been announced and I am pleased to report that Rage Against The Machine is number one and X Factor winner Joe is only number two. I think the organisers picked Rage Against the Machine as the band to get behind because of their relevant name. Simon Cowell has created a machine that dominates the charts with bland acts in both the UK and America.
