| Again, any probs, admin feel free to remove :D That story has never changed Jim had health issues and I for one believed him. If they would have let him or he would have signed the contract and not at the time had they said the fax machine was broken , then his reps made other really stupid demands . I would have fought long and hard for Jim no matter what anyone said . The record co would not have threatened me , Sonenberg and kovac would have not gone to war. I was talking to Jim on the phone at the time, his hand after the stroke was giving him trouble. I was willing to wait. After you have a deal in place that has been worked on for over a year. Then the rug pulled out, people are just not very happy. Insults form over at the rockman site . That is hard to believe? NO !! Really ,they do things like that. Those nice people . I feel nothing but love from there !! M Jim was to be the producer, Peter Mokren , I believe was in the contract to help with vocals because we worked well together. Jim could have changed anything he didn't like . Jim and I usually agree. What I have written here is what I was being told the last 10 days of the year in 2005. Jim could have been told something else and it is pretty clear that he was. There was also a huge tax issue when Jim's lawyer returned the check. Which would not have affected Jim in 2006. Everyone around me was so upset . I tried, I really did to clam them down and get everyone on my side to try and make it work . If I remember right through March. Sonenberg and Kovac were at war a very ugly war. It all then went to hell. People keep asking why weren't certain songs recorded , ask the other side. I don't hate Sonenberg, I don't hate anyone, but I'm not happy with what he did to my life and my family from 1981-1983. Anyone who wants, can believe I am the Devil and others are angels ,they can also believe in the easter Bunny, tooth fairy and Santa Clause and are free to do so. Meat | |
