A few Meat Loaf Steinman questions

A few Meat Loaf + Steinman questions that I ponder from time to time:

• Meat says the song Dead Ringer For Love was traded w/ Jim for RnR Dreams, after both of their respective albums were already underway. And this appears to be substantiated by the different lineup of musicians that play on dead ringer for love, suggesting it was recorded at a different time to the others. So, this begs the question, did meat ever record RnR dreams in 80/81? Did Todd + the Bad For Good band ever record Dead Ringer For Love? Did Jim ever attempt a proper vocal on it?

• Why did meat record so FEW steinman tracks thru-out the 80s? Even tho his label didnt want to pay for Steinmans involvement, it Dddn't occur to him to simply cover a single one of the BFG tracks during the Tom Dowd sessions? After the two from Bad Attitude, both excellent, he didn't consider any others for Blind Before I Stop? As far as I'm aware, the recording sessions for all three of his 80s albums was before he got back in touch with Jim re a Bat2 project, thus there's no reason I can SEE for him not to have done frying pan or lost boys. Other than his morbid fear of repeating himself artistically (which, despite the at times crappy results, is actually quite admirable). Maybe there are more than the two that were released??

• did meat ACTUALLY record a finished version of all coming back for neighbourhood?

Have I missed any other bits and pieces of the meat and Jim story that beg for a little more explanation? Does anyone think we have any hope of ever hearing this stuff, if any of it exists?
