| Like others, just popping back in to share I've always felt like this song sounded like the batman musical, so I imagined batman flying around Gotham singing it in a goofy dramatic way... haha... But now the song feels more reflective/somber than melodramatic... "Lost to the world and alone I’ll be soaring through an endless dream and free" If anyone hasn't heard the demo for Vaults of Heaven, it's attached to this message. This was recorded in a session after the backing vocals for 'holding out for a hero', which is probably why Rory sounds so crisp -- nice gear. Coming home and sitting down with the music. I'm glad that his vision got to see the light of day.. Absolutely truly talented individual. Rock on, lord of excess. You changed us for the better | |
