I hate always seeming to disagree with you Pud,it isn't personal honest!

The problem with reviving the Neverland Chronicles is that the internet has replaced most of the content that would have been worth paying for in the old days. A quick trawl through the archives of this site gives you retrospect views, articles about Jim, fans persepctives etc, as does this forum at times - I'm not really sure what would be so different about the NC to make it worth paying for.

The whole idea of 'fan clubs' has changed as well. I remember joining Meat's UK fanclub back when I was about 12 years old and it was so exciting to get a mail out every couple of months because it was the ONLY way I could find out about new releases, tours, old recordings that I'd never heard of etc etc. These days I wouldn't dream of paying out for it when it's all on the 'net.

Final point - everyone pays for their internet access (well, unless they scab it from work!) so people are far more reluctant these days to pay for access to a site or a printed newsletter (which is inevitably out of date the moment it gets posted out). People will also be reluctant to give out personal details (and especially Credit Card numbers) over the internet to a fan-run website - if hackers can get into so-called 'secure' websites, then I for one would not be happy with some of the crazies potentially being able to hack this site...

If you're offering high class porn however, then of course you will have my Credit Card details by return ;-)
