Hey,
I'm having a problem with my sound card.
When trying to record something into Cakewalk Sonar 5, whatever I have
playing through my speakers at the time also gets recorded onto the
track along with what i'm recording through the microphone.
This is probably something really obvious but as you can no doubt tell
i'm not very smart :(
A friend told me it's something to do with having the same inputs that
i'm using seleceted as outputs...
I am using an Creative SoundBlaster Audigy 2 sound card and this is
how my audio setup looks like in Sonar 5:
Input Drivers:
1:SB Audigy 2 Audio [C000]
Output Drivers:
1:SB Audigy 2 Audio [C000] 1/2
2:SB Audigy 2 Audio [C000] 3/4
3:SB Audigy 2 Audio [C000] 5/6
4:SB Audigy 2 Audio [C000] 7/8
I'm not sure if that information is relevant so please tell me what
else I need to give to you in order for you to have an idea what the
problem is.
