They will NOT be pissed off. This stuff happens in show-business all the time. It's a bitch, live with it. I'm sure I've heard the story that Rob was supposed to be Batman in The Musical (it makes sense. Hugh Panaro was unknown outside of Broadway and he got cast as Lestat.) and that didn't happen. Rob also lived through "Dance of the Vampires" and he only went on once as Count von Krolock and Professor Abronsius. If I was him, I'd scream and curse behind closed doors (really fog up the windows, ya know. LMAO) Open the doors up, accept the new opportunity, and hope that he gets cast as Hook. Next to Meat Loaf, Rob would make the best Captain Hook. I can just imagine him singing "Land Of The Pig" as the Captain. | |
