It's a blessing you're not Jim then.
If Jim wants to raise capital to get the Bat musical off the ground then he's probably going to have to sell his soul along the way somewhere. Not that he hasn't sold it many times over before anyway, he has bills to pay just like the rest of us and doesn't have an endless pot of cash, even if his pot is larger than most.
Plus, if we want to get in to technical stuff, didn't he sell the rights to his songs a couple of years back?
If Jim is producing the song that he's given to Celine or whoever then obviously he must be happy with that decision and the end result...nuff said.
