Jim said that "Safe Sex" was the last song written for the album. I think, if any of the material was intended for BAT II, he wrote "Safe Sex" exclusively for "Original Sin". Meat continually says that "All Coming Back" was written for him in 1986. The interesting thing is... Meat mentions BAT II as far back as "Blind Before I Stop" promotion and "Good Girls Go To Heaven" was recorded in Japanese in 1986. Hmmm... I also remember reading, on this website, that "Anything For Love" started out as a small piece for the 1990 ELO reunion?
