You obviously haven't followed it that closely or you would know most of what you said was bollocks. Read the transcript of the girl's testimony at the trial (see link). OK she should never have got herself in that situation and her Mother obviously had little interest in her daughter's safety but having a shit parent doesn't mean that if you're raped it doesn't count. I think this is a good example of how no matter how mature a 13 year old girl may think they are, they're nowhere near as mature as they think and situations can quickly escalate beyond what they could've expected or can handle.
From the evidence she gave in court we see she said "No" countless times, admits to having had sex twice before (hardly "numerous"), didn't know the proper name for cunnilingus (which a sexually experienced person would probably know), and had taken drugs once (accidentally when, as a child, she found one of her Mother's 'ludes).

I half get your point about labelling Polanski though. However.
Polanski is a rapist. He was found guilty of rape by a court, but paedophile and coward are probably inaccurate,as who wouldn't run away if they thought they were going to go to prison but knew they had a chance to avoid it.
