Any thoughts on new Spiderman song 'Boy Falls From The Sky'?
Not a huge fan of U2 but they have have written some great songs (She's A Mystery springs to mind).
However this Spiderman song sounds like a U2 B-side, and the Carney band performed it like a tribute act. If this is the final arrangement then I don't think it works. If it 'aint the final arrangement, why perform it this way?
Also from the lyrics I could hear, it sounds like someone singing about Peter Parker rather than PP himself singing?
There's no hook, a riff lifted from their Batman song and overall sounds rather bland.
I can't believe they've managed to finance this project to the tune of $60M, yet Jim's BOOH still lurks in the shadows.
