| I think you're absolutely mad! Now I love Meat, and think there was no better collaborator than he when it comes to Jim's music. As a matter of fact, I'd still rather see him record new Jim music than anyone else. But he just doesn't have the voice at his age. It's not his fault. But for me, it's painful to listen to. And people keep saying that he's back, or better than years, or whatever. And I keep getting sucked into listening, just to see that nothing's changed. There is possibly no greater music performer than Meat. His shows are entertaining, and he's captivating. But unfortunately his voice isn't even close to being able to do Jim's songs justice on a live/concert basis. The only way someone would be able to enjoy a Meat concert at this point is to watch the performance and hear the songs from memory. Unfortunately I don't have that ability. > ...absolutely EPIC. > > Hands down one of the best shows I've seen him do and a > remarkable recovery over the last time I saw him. Instead Jim opted for "I want you, I need you > but there ain't no way I'm ever going to love you".
