Bullllll shit. In the turd fight over the trademark, Meat was the one with a hell of a lot to lose. He had an album effectively already to go, and I'm wiling to bet the label only put up the money for Desmond, Vai, May, publicity, film clips etc because it was contractually due to be called Bat 3. If Jim didn't get handed a big fat cheque in that out of court settlement then I'll eat my hat. | |
