Ryan claimed that Meat told him that Jim was offered the amazing producing deal (I don't believe it for one second. If there was that much money involved Jim would have done it.)

As as I can tell there was no money offered Jim in the out of court settlement. Just an agreement that Meat could use the title for Bat 3 and for no future records. That Jim could use it for his musical. That was it. AFAIK.
